Lockton veterans join Kansas City executive committee
KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 4, 2018 – Lockton has promoted Teresa Martin and Scott Fillmore to executive vice president and named both to the executive committee for its Kansas City operation. In their new positions, they will be part of the leadership team that sets policy and strategy for Lockton’s Kansas City commercial insurance and employee benefits operation.
“Teresa and Scott are respected business advisors who have built stellar reputations with their clients, in the insurance industry and the Kansas City community,” said Joe Agnello, CEO of Lockton’s Kansas City operation. “Our clients and our business will benefit from their insights as they join our Kansas City executive committee.”
Martin has worked with Lockton for 25 years as a producer with a focus on the construction, manufacturing, financial services and healthcare industries. She is a client advocate who advises on risk management, employee benefits and other strategic business issues. She holds degrees from Emporia State University in business and public affairs.
Scott Fillmore joined Lockton in 2006 and is a client advisor specializing in architecture, engineering, construction and food processing. He guides Lockton teams on complex risk and employee benefits issues including captive insurance programs, collateral and risk financing to reduce their total cost of risk. Fillmore is a University of Kansas graduate with a degree in business.
Lockton’s Kansas City operation includes more than 800 Associates who serve clients from offices in Kansas City, Omaha and Minneapolis.
